Pass to ride all modes of transportation.

Volcanic Sakurajima 3.5 hours

Drove to Sakurajima ferry terminal.  Rode a ferry to Sakurajima Island.  Visited Sakurajima and Arimura Observatory.  Rode the ferry back to Kasohima City.  Drove back to the pier in Kasoshima.

                                                New puffs of smoke emitted while we were there.

                                            Our bus was loaded onto the ferry.

                                            Smoke release is the darker gray puff to the right.

                                            Lava flow trench
